Limuxa provides a platform to build, deploy and operate AI agents that talk to customers across messaging channels. This policy describes what personal data we process to deliver the service.

• Account data — name, email and authentication identifiers you provide at sign-up.
• Workspace content — assistants, knowledge sources, contacts, conversations and settings you create.
• Usage data — pages visited, feature interactions and technical logs for reliability.
• Billing data — processed by our payment provider; we store only what is needed to invoice.

• Operate the service, authenticate users and route messages between channels and assistants.
• Answer support requests and communicate service updates.
• Improve reliability, security and product experience.
• We do not train shared AI models on your workspace content.

We use trusted subprocessors to run the platform, including cloud hosting, database, email delivery and payment providers. Each subprocessor is bound by data-processing terms. A current list is available on request.

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. Product analytics may be used in aggregate to understand feature usage; individual conversations are not shared with third-party analytics providers.

Workspace content is retained while the workspace is active. You can delete conversations, contacts and knowledge sources from the app at any time. To delete the whole workspace and associated data, contact support.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete personal data about you. To exercise these rights, email privacy@limuxa.com from the address associated with your account.

Access to workspace data is scoped per workspace and protected by row-level security in our database. Traffic is encrypted in transit. Report suspected vulnerabilities to security@limuxa.com.
