Terms of Service
This page is maintained by the Limuxa team and describes the rules for using the service.
Last updated: July 2026. These terms are app-owner editable content. For a binding agreement, contact support.
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Limuxa, you agree to these terms. If you use the service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.
2. The service
Limuxa provides tools to build AI agents that interact with your customers across messaging channels. Features and limits depend on your plan and may evolve over time.
3. Your account
- Keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity in your workspace.
- Provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
- You must be legally able to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Limuxa to:
- Send spam, unlawful, deceptive or harassing messages.
- Process personal data unlawfully or without a valid legal basis.
- Reverse engineer, resell or overload the platform.
- Impersonate a person or entity you do not represent.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of the content you upload — assistants, knowledge, contacts, conversations. You grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to deliver the service.
6. AI outputs
Assistants can make mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before acting on them in high-stakes contexts. Do not present AI answers as legal, medical or financial advice unless a qualified human has reviewed them.
7. Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly through our payment provider. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel from the Billing page. Fees paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
8. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or put the platform at risk. You may stop using the service at any time by cancelling your subscription and deleting your workspace.
9. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI outputs will always be accurate.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Limuxa is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
11. Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated in the app or by email.
12. Contact
